How to Claim Your Insurance

Filing a claim with your MyCover Genius insurance voucher is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to get your device repaired quickly:

Claim Process

Step 1: Visit any Obiwezy branch
Bring your damaged device along with your insurance voucher information or receipt to any of our service centers.

Step 2: Device assessment
Our technicians will examine your device to confirm that the damage (screen or liquid damage) is covered by your insurance.

Step 3: Verification of coverage
We'll verify your voucher is active and within the one-year validity period, and confirm the available coverage amount.

Step 4: Repair authorization
Once approved, you'll receive a repair estimate. If it exceeds your coverage amount, you'll only pay the difference.

Step 5: Device repair
Our certified technicians will repair your device using quality parts, applying your insurance coverage to reduce or eliminate your costs.

Important Information

Coverage limitations
Your insurance voucher covers only screen damage and liquid damage repairs. Other types of damage or issues are not covered.

Repair locations
Insurance vouchers are only redeemable at official Obiwezy branches. This ensures quality repairs by our certified technicians.

Documentation
Please bring your original purchase receipt and a valid government-issued ID when making a claim.

Validity period
All insurance vouchers are valid for exactly one year from the date of activation. Claims must be made within this period.
